After being for just one year in the State Legislature, I am excited about serving the people of Loveland and representing their interests in Denver.  But I am also struck by the immense challenges ahead for our community and our state.  There's a lot of work to do and I'm ready to dig in again.

In the 2008 legislative session, I want to continue to be a strong voice for fiscal conservatism and for making Colorado a good place to do business, so Loveland families can prosper and get ahead.  I also want to continue to fight for our city's interest, as difficult transportation issues are tackled.

Next year will also bring another election and, although I have not formally announced by candidacy, it is my current intention to run for re-election to the District 51 seat in 2008.

It would be nice to just concentrate on the legislative agenda next year, but the way our democracy is set up, I also must spend time answering to the voters and that's as it should be.  That will mean gearing up for another campaign and we're working to put together another effective effort to get our message out to the voters.

Please browse this web site to find out more about both my efforts in the legislature and our campaign -- and consider offering feed back by clicking the "Contact" tab.  Also, please consider making a donation to our campaign by clicking the "Donate" tab.

Thanks for your interest and I hope to hear from you.
